At NNYL Beauty, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our refund policy below:
1. Eligibility for Refunds
- To be eligible for a refund, the product must be gently used and returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Products purchased on NNYLbeauty.com cannot be returned or exchanged at retail locations.
- Sets or kits must be returned in full; partial returns of sets or kits will not be accepted, and empty containers are not eligible for a refund.
2. Non-Refundable Items
- Gift cards and promotional items are non-refundable.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
3. Return Process
- To initiate a return, please note the reason for your return on the front side of your packing slip and include it with the product(s) you are returning.
- You may return your package via USPS or FedEx at any USPS access point or FedEx location, including local post offices, postal collection boxes, mailboxes, mail carriers, FedEx Offices, FedEx Authorized ShipCenter®, and FedEx World Service Center® locations.
- The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
4. Refund Processing
- Once we receive your returned product, please allow up to 10 business days for processing.
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment for the amount of the item(s) plus applicable sales tax.
- For purchases made with an eGift card, the refund will be processed to a new eGift card and sent to the original email address.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund within the expected time frame, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
7. Exchanges
- We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
