Return and Refund Policy

At NNYL Beauty, we are committed to ensuring that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your product, we are here to assist with returns and refunds. Please review the following policy:

1. Return Eligibility

  • Products must be gently used and returned within 30 days of the purchase date to be eligible for a return.
  • Items purchased on NNYLbeauty.com cannot be returned or exchanged at retail stores that carry NNYL Beauty products.
  • If returning a set or kit, all items from the original set or kit must be included. Partial returns or empty containers will not be accepted for a refund.

2. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please indicate the reason for the return on the front side of your packing slip and include it with the product(s) you are returning.
  • You may return your package via USPS or FedEx at any USPS access point or FedEx location, including local post offices, postal collection boxes, mailboxes, mail carriers, FedEx Offices, FedEx Authorized ShipCenter®, and FedEx World Service Center® locations.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received, please allow up to 10 business days for processing.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment for the cost of the item(s) plus applicable sales tax.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • For purchases made with an eGift card, the refund will be processed to a new eGift card, which will be emailed to the original email address.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, as applicable.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

6. Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards and promotional items are non-refundable.

7. Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
